'02 500i Autocat is here!!!!!!
#1
I picked up the new red 500i Autocat Fri. night. Haven't had a lot of time to ride yet but the little bit that I have.....oh....my....gawd!!!
This thing is sooooo smooth. Halogen lights bright enough to get a tan if you stand in front of them long enough. The breather tube for the belt has been moved to a higher spot. The ground clearance is incredible! The Warn winch has the thumb control instead of that dial thingy.
I'll let you guys know how it does in the real world once I get it out this week-end. I need to make some modifications to the plow bracket from my old '01 500 Autocat before I can plow the mountains of snow......wait.....it has to snow here in Minnesota first!!
Later!

Congratulations Otis500,
Nothing better than a new quad, especially a new 500i. Hurry and take some pictures so I can see that bad boy. What is the gas gauge like? I was wondering if it could be put on my 01'auto. I hate that float gauge I have on mine.

Here's a shot of my 500i's console. You can make out the gauge from the pic. The tank has a little indention where it goes, but you should be able to customize yours to get one on it.
