Does anyone know if the 300 has electronic ignition or is it using points. The engine as I understand it is made by Suzuki and has been around for 10 years. My concern was with water and ignition problems if it is not electronic. I have just about finalized my choice of machine, it is now down to the Rancher and the AC. The Ac dealer has offered me a great price of $6000 which works out to about $4050 US the Rancher is $6080 which is about $4125 US I think these are good prices.

Check out the specs on the Cat. You'll find that it is electronic. My personnal opinion is your
paying for the Honda name, and it's by no means a better machine.
