I have the stock Dunlops on my 2002 400 4x4. In a word....weak! I am not impressed with them. They work well enough for snow plowing but not much else. I have been searching the web for a better tire for muddy trail riding. Not only swamps but all round riding with more mud than anything. I found the Kenda Bear Claw and I like the looks. Any one have first hand info on these tires??? Please fill me in with the goods and the bads. Thanks.

All I can tell you is that they get good reviews for being a good all round tire. One of the guys I ride with has them on his wife's 500 Scrambler and seems to have good luck. ATV Magazine did a shootout with them and a bunch of other tires a couple years back. It might be worth looking for on their website: http://www.atvnews.com/
