I ride with a bud who has a 600 grizzly.
at the end of the day he comes away alot
cleaner than my 2002 AC 500i
will arctic cat ever address their narrow
fender design?
i would like to see some kind of fender ext.available.

Getting muddy is part of the fun. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] I do agree that Cats suffer from a protection problem. The floorboards have large slots, which allow the mud from the tires to be kicked up on the rider. Hopefully Cat will switch to solid floorboards like on the Grizzly, and the Polaris line.

I have taken care of the problem of the floor boards
by fabricating vinyl floor mats.
thats takes care of that problem but mud is being
slung by the tires throwing it in an arch that covers
everthing.
mainly the front of the back fenders
i agree mud is part of the fun and i wont be
detered by a little mud in the eye.

How about making some fender extensions using some sort of black rubber. Maybe something similar to what's used on other ATV’s like the Bayous. You rivet the black rubber to the black plastic and paint the rivets to match. Just an idea that pop into my head...
