If this has been posted before, forgive me.

I just bought a 2001 Artic Cat 300 4x4. It had 94 miles and is like new except for some scratches on the red plastic body. Is there anything out there that will remove or hide the fine scratches?

So far I love it, the quietness, and ease of starting has been surprising.
I enjoy reading all of the info put out on these threads.
Thanks Much

Oh yes, here's a couple of pictures if your interested.

When I clean mine, I usually dump a bottle of armor-all on it

The best stuff I have found is Turtle Wax Formula 2001 spray. You spray it on and then wipe it off like you would with Armoral. It leaves a great shine on your quad that will bead water and it is made for plastic. It has sun block in it to protect the color of your quads fenders. What ever you do, don't think that you can steal wool or sand out the scratches. This will only make it look much worse. See my response to Ward660R's post about "Plastic Renew" for an in depth description of the hell that I went through when I tried to get scratches out of my quad! Take my advice, wash it, shine it up with Turtle Wax Formula 2001 spray, and enjoy it. Good luck.
