I think the 25's would be just fine for the 300. The 489 stock tires on the 400-500 Arctic Cat's are 25x10x12 all the way around, so you shouldn't have any trouble at all with the same size in the 589's.
Hope you are able to get the new 'Cat soon, they're great machines, you'll love it!

DO NOT GET 27" you would be lucky to get them going in the mud, stick with the 24-25" they will save you power in the end

If i was you i would get 25 all the way around and you can barley turn them over I know my uncle has the same setup in the mud
you will be able to turn them over in 1 gear low or 2 or 3 in superlow If you hawe boot guards
on it i would take them off because when the shoks bottom out it will hit the end of the low range lever an ram it aginst the motor and what ever range it is in that's what range it will stay in until you take it off and bend it back out with a hammer I know from experence that is my advice to every one with a arctic cat 300 4/4
and if you get the tires I would invest in a jet kit to gain some power back you lost if you put 27 on it you might make it up the ditch at your house in super low although you might turn over though but not fast enough to sling the mud out of them
