I was looking threw my new James Lucky ATV Prouducts catalog when I saw it. On page 58 at the bottom there is finally a performance muffler for Arctic Cat. On page 24 there is a K&N filter for Arctic Cats also.

If you find any other mods for Arctic Cats please share them with every one in this post.

Unfortunately that FMF pipe is not in production yet. FMF stated that they needed to see how big a demand there was for it before they put it into production. So far no release date has been set, or at least not one that I am aware of.

On the other hand the K&N filter can be bought at present time and WILL make a difference in power. Also Dynojet is producing a jet kit for AC 400 and 500 bikes that will be out very soon. AC 300 owners can get Dynojet jet kits for there bike now.

Then how do I tell them that I think they should make it? I went to there website but there was no e-mail address.

I heard, from Gordon, that that all Dynojet kit does is take 2-5 mph off the Suzuki 500 engine topspeed.

According to my local dealer, a simple phone call to James Lucky would help. Any interest in the product would help distribution places such as James Lucky get on the ball with FMF in making the product. Of course they realize that means more money to them. Especially since it sounds like they may already have two sales (me and you).

Or better yet, I think you can go ahead and place an order for it.

I also am looking for performance parts for the Arctic Cats. So far, the only aftermarket products that I have found for the AC are the Stick Stopper CV boot protectors which I ordered from Cabela's, the Big Foot kit and lift kit from highlifter.com. I emailed highlifter on their high performance kit for the LT 500 to inquire if it was compatible with the AC. I never heard anything back from them. Where can you get the K&N filter for the AC 500?

I ordered some tires from RockyMountainAtv.com and they sent me a catalog in which I found the K&N filter for the 454/500 for $30, the K&N Jet kit for the AC 300 through 500s for $44.99, and Splitfire spark plugs, which I haven't cross referenced yet, to see if they have them for the cats, but I'm sure they do (I hope, anyway). Now all we need is a pipe.
