I have an ac 300 2x4. I have notices that in lower gears at low rpms the atv rattles and vibrates alot. What could cause this?

I have a 300 4x4, I've tracked down most of my rattling to be the plastic around the tailight area, where the rack mounts are. Just one of those things you have to ignore I guess.

I have a 500 auto, mostly get a "buzz" from the plastic just below the gas tank and only at a certain rpm while going slow. I've learned to ignore it or change rpms slightly.

My 300 4X4 would rattle the exhaust pipe heat shield, sounded like it was in the motor until you hold it.

On the 500, the cover over the radiator cap will vibrate and seem like the plastic over gas tank. Put a piece of foam under the cover and I think your vibration noise will go away.
