Shes Locked!!!!!

Well
After a long time consuming test, and experimentation. i got my new sub assembly and made sure it fit the pinion gear, and it did. So I then made a block wedge and wedged it into the spiders, and it did work but i needed a stronger piece of wood ,like hickory. So I thought and I thought, and i said damn, doing it this way is the same as welding it. Since I will have to pull the asembly out anyway to put my stock one back in if i wanted to trail ride, and the weld will last 100 times longer than a block of wood. i went the cheap route and welded my spiders!! Its pulls Great!!! it is really unbelievable how much better something can pull with all fours pulling at the same time.
Also
ODB I was able to pull my sub asembly out with my diff still in. I was able to lifet the diff up with a jack handle to get to the bolts at the bottom of the plate. It slide right out!
ALL in ALL it took me about 4 hours to complete the testing of the new sub assembly to make sure it worked and then broke it all back down and welded it and put it back in. But i did ride for about an hour in a half on the new assembly just in case.

Im setting 8 miles from Memphis TN.
Yes You could weld your spiders! And order the sub assemby later. It will take you about 30 Minutes to drain oil to get both A arms off and spindles out and shocks unbolted and then another buddy help you lift the Diff up to get to the bottom star screws on the Diff plate. have your buddy go around to the right side and lighty tap the edge of the plate with a flat head to release the seal. then just pull the sub out!! make sure you have both rings on your spindle housings"on the sub assem"
