I dont know how you got your diff out with out removing the cover,becasue i couldnt even get it in with the cover on it.

Also did you pull your diff away from your pinion and leave it attached to the shaft on the bike, or did you unblot it from the shaft and pulled it out with the diff. I was wondering how hard was it to remove from the inner seal in the diff if you pulled the diff from the pinion

 

Cat Krazy- I had to remove the plastic skid plate under the front diff so it would move foreward enough to slide it out of the drive shaft splines. Then I shoved it back and turned it on its side and it came out. It was not easy but it will come out.
