Glad to see your going to lock her up!!! welcome to the club!

make sure you wash it out real good and clean it before you weld. Dont let any sludge get into your work gears, were your axles slide in. use starter fluid to break the oil residue! and put a good bead on it with weld. Just basicaly weld the heck out of it but dont over due it. besure and weld your side gears to the spiders to the other side gears back to the other spiders, so that it is one continuous weld. good luck.

Max- You won't regret it. Those Polaris's at Climbatv will be getting a run for their money. Let us know how it turns out.

well its locked now. man it rocks. wish i had hulk hogan to drive it for me. j/c. yea i cant weight to make a ride with my pals at climbatv who ride polaris. they have a surprize in store for them now. now it took me a little longer than 30 min to do this. the hardest thing was taking the diff out of the frame. i should have done like yall said and took off the tie rod at the stearing shaft. i took it off at the brake end. hey what psi are yall running in the tires, i am running 15. i tried 40 and it was just to rough riding.

Welcome aboard MAXIMUS,man am I wore out. We rode 36 hard miles OF TRAIL RIDDING!!! AND MUD BOGGING! the trail ridding I can do without. Man I am aching from steering that thing! But I love every minute of it.

I dont take my diff off. I take off the diff mount bolts and lift it up with a jack handle to get to the start screws at the bottom of the diff. It doesnt take long at all!

yea if i have to do it again thats how i will do it now i know what needs to be done. hey i am going to take my bike to the shop. i noticed today on my floor of my shop it was leaking just a little bit of antifreeze. it was comming from the weep hole. i think this means that the water pumb seal is bad. yeasterday the fan was running alot . i checked the radiator and it was cloged a little and i had to add some fluid. it was low. might want to check it out. i should have snorkeled the weep hole
