The next time I blow an axle, it will be replaced with gorillas. I am going to go with 2 Gorillas up front and put my lift back on in the front until I blow a back axle then the back will get em.

When I talked to the guy at Gorilla he said that they don't replace the upper CV with a high angle unit. That's the reason they are breaking is because the lift kit is beyond the working compacity of the stock upper CV unit. We need a high angle upper inner CV. Make sure you tell the guys at Gorilla if you are intending to run a lift.

The guy at Axle systems (builds Outlaw axles for Highlifter) in Canada told they were going to buid CVs for Cats but had not started on them yet. He told me to send him my axle and he would build a HD unit that would handle the lift.

are they breaking because of the lift or because of it locked? I heard the oem axels on cats are weak, and that a locked front will tear them up too

CatKrazy- Axles are breaking because of the lift. I have not heard of nor seen a locked 03 Cat other than ours.

I got a Gorilla axle for my 700 Griz and it was the wrong spline size, the slop in the axle caused my oil to run out of the gear box
This could let water in and do some big time damage
