Anyone know when the 2004's are coming out? My parents might be buying a couple of 500's this fall. Are there any issues with the 500's? Also whats a decent tire to run? how do titan 589's stack up? thanks fro info

The Arctic Cat dealer show to introduce the new 2004 line up is in Vegas on June 17-20, 2003. The dealers will have 04 models by July August. They are introducing a new quad sport bike, a big bore unit over 600cc, digital speedometer, new plastics & graphics. and more.........

The 500's rock, no major issues with them at all. Check out Mud Lite tires they physically weight less than most tires meaning they need less energy to turn them.

 

The only issues with the 500's are that there are a lot of people that ride hard that are breaking axles.

I also think that the 589 is a decent tire, but there are MUCH better tire out there. I had a set of 589's and then got some bugs, and they were MUCH better. The bug is a better mud tire and I think that it rides better than the 589. I think that if I were to buy a set of tires today, I would seriously look into a set of mud lites for a good all around tire. As for a mud tire, Highlifter Outlaw is an awsome tire, but if you get any of those, better buy some axles first.

Ya the TRV has been out for a bit now.

 

I hope there is a headlight mounted on the handle bars to go along with the digital speedo.
