2001 Polaris Magnum
I have a problem with the exhaust side valve cover it fell off for no appearent reason tried to put back on but will only finger tight then it falls back out when a wrench is apply is this a common problem? and what do I do to fix it? need it for plowing.

It could be a few things, not the least of which could be a valve cover gasket that has worn to the point where it doesn’t offer proper width between the bolts and threads. You may want to start by popping off the current gasket and taking it to your local Polaris dealer so they can measure how much wear you’ve experienced compared to factory spec.
