Default 2000 Polaris Xplorer 250 no power

I bought the xplorer used and it ran when i bought it. I got a new battery for it and it ran fine then all of a sudden when I turn the key, I get nothing. No neutral light, etc. I replaced the ignition switch and tried charging the battery and still nothing. Once in a great while with playing around with the wires ill get a random flicker of the neutral light but thats it. Any ideas?

20 circuit breaker in a sealed plastic pouch located up from the battery. You can slice it open and see if the terminals are corroded. It can cause intermittent power to the dash, lights, etc. You can get one of these at any auto store.
