Default Help Please. 2003 Kawasaki Bayou 300

Machine will spin but no start.

Has ignition fire (weak), has fuel, and 150 lbs of compression
Timing marks are lined up
Muffler removed for testing (possible restriction)
Set valves according to specs to be sure not to tight
Battery is at 12.3 volts and drops to 10.8 while cranking

Will Not pop, backfire or attempt to crank even with fuel introduced through intake.

New Coil, cdi box, stator and trigger.

Bike has performed flawlessly since purchased new in 2003. Bike was idling went dead and has not cranked since. Purchased from dealer new, but dealer for service had gone out of business.

Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated

Thanks!!

So you're saying that after replacing all those electrical components you still have weak spark???

yes sir all new electrical. I do not have a wiring diagram. just curious if the on/off or key switch could be temporarily bypassed to rule out a problem? I know these type problems usually end up being simple as ya tend to get out in left field after looking at them for a while.. Also unkoooked rectifier regulator which resulted in no change

Sounds like a poor connection or ground. Could be anywhere so a lot of searching will be in order.

I'd ohm/voltage check the stator and move up the chain...
