I am having issues with my sons quad not starting,it has been working fine but not active for about a month.When i go and try and start it there is no turn over from it,the battery is fully charged and i can see no obvious issues with wiring

would i need to replace solenoid starter and how do i test this cause when i short it out the motor does turn
