i'm from helena..,but i live in searcy now...about an hour north of little rock.....in arkansas u suppossed to have insurance on any vehicle on the road now......even b4 u can drive it off a car lot...but u have 30 days to get tags...and it also suppossed to be illegal to ride with no shoes......but you can ride with no helmets on motorcycle go figure that 1...i've had them say sum'n 'bout me driving barefoot 1 time...stated a 123.154 (code number of you chose) and told me its illegal to drive (a car now!) barefooted...stupidest crap i've ever heard!

 

too bad helena is a long ways from fordyce. but i don't think you will be happy with a 3 wheeler on the road anyways. kind of dangerous(never ever though i would say that) the front tire has too much grip and wants to throw the back wheels over you, but that has never stopped me before. but a 3 wheeler is great on those tight mountain trails up around Bismarck and north of there.

how old are you? cause if you can drive you might want to look into one of those really old ****** jeeps. they are kind of like a street legal atv. except its a jeep, areally small one but they are great offroad and you can drive them around town.
