Hey guys- has anyone used a headlight off another trike or quad(latemodel) as a replacement headlight on your rigs? The previous owner of my R cobbled together a headlight out of a halogen work light and it looks like A$$. I think dennis kirk and rocky moutnain atv have billet units, but cost it outrageous! I have seen 350X units adapted, not sure I like the look, but it could work. Any help?

I think the 200x headlight will work and if you look on my profile you'll see what a 350x headlight looks like on a 250r.

 

I have a Discontinued O.E.M. 85 Id sell you. Mint condition with bulb, brackets, and rubbers! Send me a PM if your interested. Ill take $125 and no less. I paid over $300 2 years ago for it, but its just collecting dust at my house.

 

I think I might go the 350x route or check into the 200x- All I really need is the rubber and the bezel, lense and bulb and wiring are all intact- thanks for the offer Devilman- if I cant get something together Ill give you a shout...

 

Search 350x headlight on EBAY there are new ones on there all the time. I put one on my 200X and its way nicer than the single light.

 

I agree with "haywoodjalikme". I have the stock light on my 200x. Since you are starting from scratch I would go with the 350x dual unit. I have seen them on E-bay by the dozens. Most of the people are pretty proud of them and the Jack @$$e$ parting out the 3 wheelers are usually higher than He!!. Good luck If I see a good deal on the web I will PM a link to you.
