I was looking to see if there are any people who own an 87 250R ATC.
I know they did not sell them in the US but they did in CANADA and other places
If you do what color are they do they have any upgrades from 86s.

 

I remember looking at the picture in a magazine i think 3wheeling was the name of the magazine but anyway if i remember right the 87 ATC had the same color scheme as the 350X/200x of the previous year but with gold wheels.

 

1987 atc250r did not make it to production,,,, they were only seen in pictures,,,, no trikes ever made it out of the prototype phase,,,

 

there werent many made only a few ever mad eit otu of the honda plant btu they are all pretty much destroyed now. i seen pics of one that my g/f dad had years ago too bad it got crushed with a loader sinc eit put him in the hospital.they were all white with a little red and had gold rims and had a difrent shape to the tank and i think it had a powervalve liek the atac9automatic torque amplification chamber) liek on the cr line in 85 on up till liek 87 or so.

 

ok,,,madman please find and post that picture!!!! there has NEVER been a real picture of a 1987 atc250r posted and i know hundreds of people that have been looking for years,,, the 87's did not exist ,,, so you could be famous!!!!!!!! if in fact you can find the picture ,,,,,, if not it will just be another " yeah a friend of mine use to have one of those " stories too,,,,,,,,

I just wish honda would get the ***** to step up and make a trike for 1 yr. SSSSSSOOOOOOOOO SSSSSSSSWEEEEEEEEET. Just long enough before all the sue happy lawyers could get to them.

 

i will try and se eif he has any pics of it he said it was sweet but he said it was an 87 and it whas white?he also said it had 20 inch h tracks on the back would that be right?it sux that he wrecked it . i'll talk to him and see if he has any pics.

the guy on 3wheelerworld who was in the 3wheeling mags said they exsisted. Still, no one seems to actually have one.
