Tis the season here in Minn. to hang loose on the lakes. I am planning on studding my tires. Just wondering if anyboby has had any better luck with one brand studd than another?I am also looking for an idea on number of studds per tire for my atc250r? Does it make a differnce if you stagger numbers on the rear (to help slide around the oval). I'm running 20/11/9 schredders on the rear and a stock tire up front. Any ideas will be helpfull.

James Lucky has cheng shin ice racing that have a hard compound to hold the studs. They come in 18x9.5x8. They work great.
