You said bolts....Do you mean nuts???? I am not fimiliar with your trike so I am not sure how there are set up. If they are the two nuts on the axle by the swingarm....put a little heat to them with a propane torch.......Keep your wheels on the ground and have someone hold the brakes while you break the lock nut loose(the outer nut)

the bike is completely stripped i just need to gfet the axles out, could i maybe clamp it in a vice and heat the nuts that way? They look like big washers with slots in them i know you need a spanner wrench to get them off i have a set of those the problem is i just can't turn them cause there really tight,is it alright to use heat on the axles,i'm replacing the bearing anywyas so i imagine it'll be fine.

The vise will be fine, just do not bend the axle()that takes a-lot!) Heat the nuts in stages....heat and try then heat more....ect.
you will not hurt the axle until you start to turn it red......which you can not do with a propane tourch
