I just got a 83 200x with a second parts motor.

here is the thing.

I like it but I have been thinking of trying to trade it for some kind of enduro motorcycle or a dirtbike 125cc or larger I have about 300-400 to give for a trade as well.

the condition of the trike if good. like the seat has a hole in it that is covered be some clear sealant. the tires are orginal and the rims are like new. it has some kind of aftermarket exhaust on it and a twist throttle.

what would the value of this be? or should I try to trade it for a bike.

Best advise, dont trade it. If you really want a motorcycle then sell the 200x instead you are more likley to find a buyer then a trader for a machince such as that. As for what its worthI have no idea 3-wheeler's are aparentlly cheaper here than anywhere else in the U.S.

 

If it looks good and runs good you could sell the 200x for $700 - $800 pretty easy. It is worth in the 900-1000 range but you may hold onto it for awhile to sell it at that price.
