warming up

Default warming up

on my 200s ill warm it up for about 2 mins get on it and ride, but when i ride it spits and sputters. but after riding for 10 mins it seems to clear up and run fine and idle normal. is it just warming up, or what is it.

no, its not normal, but i have no idea why either. probably something with the carb or maby it could jsut be a dirty air filter. my 200s runs great right from the start warm or cold.

Default warming up

The carb in on the lean, side of optimum. Thats why it runs better when warm. Rejetting will take care of this. Heres an article on jetting and symptoms.

You could try pulling the choke on, and if this helps, then for sure its running lean.
