Omg, today i was taking my exhaust off to get it painted and i broke the ends off of the bolts to hold the head pipe on!!!!! That piece of junk I think i'm pretty much screwed cuz i don't think that they are able to come out, this thing was really nice too . Does anyone know what i can do to possibly fix this?? I need some help asap.

will mabe if you were to get a small enuff drill bit. you could drill in to the bolt some and then mabe use the bit to un screw it. or work some old bolt that would fit the size of the hole you made and screw it in there good and tight. (so its stuck is there) then you would be abile to un screw the bolt. .......i hope mabe this works. will its an idea.

Does anyone know whether these bolts come out or are they molded into the head??? Cuz if they are i might be able to get them replaced, but has this ever happened to any of you guys?? Help! Thanks in advance.

i believe that the bolts should screw out, they do on my 200m...jus should drill the centre of the bolt out, and im not positive, but i think they make screw extractors small enough that u might be able to fix one in there..if not...good luck with that

try a left hand drill bit. worked great the other day for me. start with 1/8" then 3/16" and so on (i'm not sure of the size of bolt). if you are not getting anywhere, try a bolt extractor (i like the square type).

The studs were pretty much frozen solid to the nuts and when i tried to take them off they just broke off clean at the end leaving most of the studs still sticking out. I think i'm just gonna let my local honda shop do it (i don't have the time to do it myself), i know i'll be kicking myself later cuz of the price but if thats what it takes to get them fixed the right way then i guess i shouldn't complain. Hopefully i'll have this thing up and runnin in a week or two . She's gonna be purdy with the new plastic & seat i bought.
