why would u want to mod out a 90....why not buy a 200x...full suspension and many mods to add on to it...very fast bike when built good.....

But, to answer your question, big bore wont do that much...not that big of bore to start out with..a cam would definatly help, maybe hi-comp piston if possible...im not sure on that one, but who knows...

I guess it would be cool so see a atc90 doing 100km lol

have you checked on getting performance parts for a 90??????? I would be shocked if you can find anything besides a higher compression piston!!!!

if ya want big power, get an exhaust first. then find an atc 110 cylinder(same motor, thicker, larger bore cylinder) and bore it .060mm over and get a 10.25 compression piston for it. have the head ported and polished, theres a guy in pennsylvania that will port and head for $100. then get a cam for it and find a 200s or x, whatever you can find, and put a pod filter on with a filter wrap. after that, the only other things i would do is have the flywheel lightened and gear it for your riding conditions. i helped my cousin do all of this stuff(except the lightened flywheel) to his 90 and he could hit about 40 or 45 on it, and he ways about 150lbs. hope this helps and gives you some ideas. good luck.
