Does a CR250 head gasket help performance at all, or is it just required for people with porting etc.

It seems like it would be a really good mod if it really boosts compression that much. Would it make a noticable difference on an 85 ATC250R? Heck even if it wasnt noticable it would prolly be worth it.

yea you can feel the diff with a thinner gasket

all i did to mine was cr250 gasket and v-force cage.the gasket is definitely worth it plus its half the price of the trx gasket.cant go wrong.the added compression(about 15 psi) helps bottom end out a bit. DO IT![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
