The race was me on my 250r, vs. a '98 blaster with a 270 big bore kit, FMF pipe and silencer, and power reeds. And there was also a KTL 110 with a big bore kit...but we smashed him[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
So anyway, we lined up, and this kid starts to laugh saying, "haha, a three wheeler". I let him take off a little before me to make sure I didnt start first, and we let em rip. He was all the way in the back of the seat, and he was haulin , and i went speeding past him like nothin, then I had him beat, so I stopped. He was like.... that thing rips! We raced 3 more times, and the results were the same every time. (and the poor kid on the 110 had a mouth full of mud 2...poor guy[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] So this goes to show ya........TRIKES RULE[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

I'm sure people were thinking the same think last saturday as I raced a few guys at the track, well they got their asses handed to them. a 330 250r loaded with aftermarket trx parts is hard to beat. Only 4 guys in the whole place were able to keep up with me(they were race bikes with guys that race)

Yeah there are alot of people out there that see these old ATC's and laugh at them to a point. They dont realize what some of these things can do. I have a freind that has a slightly modded 350x that tied into it with a Polaris sportsman 700twin. The 350 ate it up. Those words came from the guy that has the 700 too.

 

i raced a stock 01 blaster with my 250 big red bored .60 overe and won the blaster had good acelleration but mine has better top end
