ATC250R rolling chassis value?

ATC250R rolling chassis value?
Got an 85 ATC250R complete rolling chassis that I am considering selling. I have no idea what to ask for it, something like $500? I also have the motor but the crank is bad, the cylinder needs bored and the head may need to be replaced do to "knicks" in the combustion chamber, what could I get for that, or should I just part it out on Ebay?
