Default air filter

If you take the air box lid off what happens, and does it add any power.

You will let your engine breateh better, but you may have to re-jet, if you don't your bike wont run well, it'll stall often and many more consequences. But if you do re-jet, you will gain a couple ponnies.

Noise will be an issue as well when you get on the throttle. I took the lid off of my air box just to see what it was like. The throttle response seemed a bit better, but it was noisy as hell! It sounded cool, but I like a quiet machine.

It gives it a throaty.....BROHOHOHHHHHHHHHH sound w/o the air box lid[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] I LOVE that sound!

Well first see how it runs, and if it doesn't stall, and just doesn't run normal you wont have to re-jet. But if starts running weird, thats a sign that you have to re-jet.
