www.jimssandtires.com jim is the man. he might still be out of them. when i bought mine last april, he said it would be a long time before he got any more. they're $100 for buffed tire and rim. 10 inch rim. you have to grind your caliper a little bit but its not a big deal at all.

mine's at powdercoat now and my motor should be back on Friday. hopefully we'll see each other in glamis or gordons this season. my buddy has an 85 R w/stock swing arm TRX9 ESR 310 you could race. we only race for fun. we only take duning seriously so no worries on who wins or loses. plus 344pv will always be there to kick my butt, but that guys getting old. What do you mean by offset on the front rim/tire? I briefly looked at Ha's gallery and couldn't tell

Badazz trikes
to both of you.

offset is when the rims mounting point (mounts to the hub) is not in the center of the wheel...thus...it is offset to one side more than the other. this is a problem on three wheelers cause it only has on wheel.

also, the one i got was so expensive because it was buffed. i saved 9LBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! off the front tire and rim combo alone compared to the stock setup. that is a huge weight savings off of the front end of a trike and rotating weight at that. so if you do get one, you might wanna get a longer swing arm. i run a +4 and its perfect for dragging and duning.

HA2,
how far over is that swing arm in pic 2/5/05? and are you going to glamis for halloween? how about you 344pv? i need to see some 85's or 86's to get some ideas in this restoration..
Thanks
