I need some information on a 1986 250r atc rear swingarm
I've seen two setups one with no linkage going from the rear brake system and one with linkage from the swingarm to the rear brake system
My question is which setup is right and which setup is better

85 250r's have the linkage you are talking about the 86 models do not. if you seen an 86 with that setup then someone installed it over the years. the 86 system is better and still used on alot of race quads to this day.

I purchased a 1986 250r atc all stock and with it I received extra parts one of the items was a rear swingarm and with your information I now know that it is for a 1985 250r
