What is your compression? Did you change your rings and piston with the bore? Did you put a new plug in? Are you reeds burnt or chipped? Do your reeds sit flush on the cage or are they lifted? Just a few questions that need to be answered before we can be of much help.

I highly recommend changing your reeds. Possibily the cage also. I put in the VForce 3 and have been very happy with the performance. Is the gap on your plug set right? You may need to mess with your carb. Try cleaning it real good internally. Make sure none of the ports are clogged. Check the needle and slide for excessive wear. When you make changes to your engine, boring, pipes, reeds and etc... It is always a good idea to check your jetting. Sometimes the smallest mods came make a big difference in the jet sizes. Also check your needle clip position. You made need to readjust that. Does it bog down when giving it full throttle? Or just not seem to have any top end. Oh crap I almost forgot. Recheck the head and jug bolts and make sure they are still tight and you did not blow a gasket. Keep us updated
