350X

I have a DG grab bar on my 86 350x, and like the way it looks. Purchased it about five years ago for about forty dollars. Have a Supertrapp exhaust on my trike and like it but it is loud. Love to see posts regarding 350X's. Karl

You might want to see if supertrap extended it's IDS2 line to the 350X. I put one on my wifes Lakota and it is close to stock sound with just a little more rumble. Whatever you do don't buy a Corbra, they are by far the loudest.

PRM makes a nice and heavy grab bar, I got them on my 250r and my fiances 200x, and also on a friends 250r. Go to PRM.com, they got grab bars, 6-pack racks, and others. I think it was around 20 to 24 bucks.

I like the way the PRM grab bars look too. I am thinking about getting one of their Baja bars(about $45) which flares a little bit to the sides which offer more protection to your exhaust. Speaking of exhausts.....I put a DG RCM on mine and I DO NOT recommend it. It is LOUD!!! I would hate to hear the Cobra if it is any louder.

I also have a DG grab bar on my machine. I like it a lot. Also have a Cobra Jet exhaust on my bike too. It is a a lot more louder than stock, but I kinda got used to it. But if noise is an issue in your riding area, stay away from it.

I purchased a flat piece of steel [1/4'x1"x2'] from a steel shop. They bent it into a "U" shape for me. It cost me approx. $5 and I think it is much stronger than an aluminum bar. It is slightly heavier and you will also have to paint it.
