When you remove the three bolts that hold the spring load on the centrif clutch there is a gasket behind this center oart that comes out of the centrif. clutch. Why a gasket in there. Looks like the centrif. clutch would get drenched from the outer edge so why a gasket inside?? Always curious about how and why things work the way they do.. Thanks
