85 200s I noticed when I try to pull rope it locks up but if jerk the crap out of it turns over. I noticed the cable for the decompression does pull the lever on the engine all the way. If I pull the lever manually the pull rope is much easier to turn over this way. It seems like the cable might need adjusting but I could not figure out how to adjust. anybody got any advice.
