My buddy just bought an 1982 Honda ATC 250r. Can someone tell me if 1985-86 parts and plastics interchange? Or where is a good place to go for parts? The motor is in great shape...we just need to fix alot of little stuff! Thanks for any help

 

plastics changed after 81/82model and again after 83/84 model you can get them aftermarket through maier and the later model plastics don't fit 81/82 as far as i know.

 

81-84 are air cooled...85-87 are water cooled. No engine parts interchange to my knowledge.
