ATC HELP!!!
#1
I have a 82 ATC 110 and ran it out of gas on reserve once and after that wouldn't start right or run right. Well come to find out there was a lot of rusty particles at the bottom of the tank which must have gotten in the Carb. So boiled the Carb. and it ran good for a little while. Then started acting up again wants to start most of time then will run at a idle, but once its idling you push on the throttle at all and will bog down after moving for 5 sec. and then will stop running. Then it becomes extremely hard to start again. Changed plug also any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

that happend to my 110, the jets in the carb of the 110 are close enough together that the main jet will allow the atc to run if the piolet jet is clogged, but when the throttle is opened, the main jet cannot flow enough to keep it running, it kind of dies when reved? check your piolet jet, it will be cloged, the 110 jet is so small it is hard to clean, just order a rebuild kit off ebay for $15 and it will fix the prob. or just get a new jet, the boiling will not work if a solid particle is jammed in the jet.

You Should also clean out your fuel tank
And put a filteron each line to the shutoff valve

I finaly bought a new plastic tank solve problem
Anew carb kit will realy help to

I had that problem on a 185s I had years ago drained all the gas out flushed the tank good and bought a sealer you put in the tank and shake the tank around to coat the inside good pour out the excess and let it dry til it is good and dry got the sealer from the local honda shop now days you probably can jusy get a plastic tank for it
