last night i fouled 3 plugs in a hour today i noticed the bottom end was full of gas at wide open throtle carb sprays gas out the back can any one help

 

I would guess your float is stuck and not shutting fuel off. take the bowl off the carb and move float up and down and make sure it shuts off the fuel when it is at the top. If not you need to bend the tab so the fuel shuts off when the float is up. There should be a carb float measurement but I am not sure what it is on the 250R.

 

Clean your carb good (as in remove it from the bike, take it apart, and blow out all the passages with compressed air). Check the float valve for wear.
