Default PLEASE HELP

I just bought a 185. I was told from the guy I bought it from that it ran fine and then just started ideling to high. It definitly idels high with the choke closed and when you give it gas it just spudders. Now when you open the choke half it idels even higher and still nothing when you give it gas. Full choke its wide open and scary. I have taken the carb apart cleaned it and put it back on and nothing. Ive tried the idle screw and mixture and neither one makes a diffrence. Cant figure that one out either. I know this trike will run great when I figure this out cuz it sounds great when the choke is fully open?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Gotta be something with the throttle valve. Make sure that it goes all the way to the bottom of the carb and that you have it going in properly (small notch on the idle screw side)

check the intake manafold to make sure its not drawing air, the air mixture screw on your carb should be set 1 1/8 turns open from completly closed the c clip on the top of the throttle pin should be on the middle notch
