So I recently traded a bunch of Yamaha fourwheeler parts for an '83 Honda 200E. It turns out that it needs a head and a set of forks. What I'm thinking is that I could build a set of custom triple clamps to hold dirt bike forks. My next thought is that I'm going to cut off the back end of the frame and fab up a swingarm and shock mount for it. Basically trying to make the 200E fun to ride...
has anybody done this before? If so, how big of a challenge is it? It looks like it should be fairly straightforward.
