Hi..New to the forum..Looking for some help. Just picked up a Honda atc 90. with no wiring..Was told no spark. Tested the voltage form yellow and black wire from generator behind the pull start and did not get any voltage. Should I be able to get voltage form there. If so any idea why I am may not be?
