i have the trx 200 quad , i would like to convert it into a 3 wheeler
i know the rear frame sections are the same as big red ( but with a front sub frame welded on )
the engine , driveshaft and differential are the same as well
i can get a complete front fork assembly pretty cheap
i always liked the big reds

 

I mean buying a big red to play on is one thing, but why would you ruin a quad to make it a trike? If everything is the same. Just get a big red 200 frame and the front fork assembly and then put all the TRX stuff on that. Or, just buy a used big red for like 400 bucks and save money : ).

 

I know back in the late 80's there was some who made their 3's into 4's (didn't some company offer a kit?) but going 4 to 3 doesn't sound right. As said you can buy a good 3 wheeler for cheap and fix it up how you like.
