Default Need some help with identification.

First I want to say hello to all. I'm not an avid ATC rider (too old now) but I did pick up a 85 200x about 18 years ago to play around with here and there. Fast forward to now and, being in the "if I'm not using it, it's time to sell" mode, I've been going through things. A couple things came with the bike that I just set to the side and I need a little help identifying them and, if it's allowed, selling price opinions. I've attached pictures of each. I really appreciate any help you all might give me. The boots come up on eBay but that price seems pretty high. Of course I'd be extremely happy if that's what they're worth. The rack I'm not too sure about. Did it come off of a 200x, was it an accessory for it, is it from another model? Again, much appreciate any help.

Ok, after more Googling I think I found a partial answer. I believe that the PO welded up the unknown carrier to the stock headlight guard. Sort of a Frankenguard. Still can't come across any pictures or info about where the carrier came from or off of.
