Just wondering if anyone else ever snapped a 250r frame before??
I've snapped 2 over the years from jumping.the 1st one i had to truck home because my clutch cable and throttle cable tighten right up but i rerouted them so the 2nd time i snapped a frame the cables didn't tighten up so i was able to ride it home chopper style.
on my atc500r i reinforced the frame so that hopefully won't happen again,ATCDAVE

 

Well I saw this guy once and his frame had been rewelded 3 or 4 times.... at the top of the front shocks and where the rear swingarm bolts to the frame...
