Does anyone have information on converting a '81 Honda ATC 200 into a 4-wheeler? I have one and want to make it safer for the kids. And no I don't have the cash to go buy a 4-wheeler, hoping the kit is cheaper. Any other suggestiond would be greatly appreciated.

IMHO it would be more trouble than it's worth. Just teach your children how to properly handle an ATC, or save up and buy a quad

Well if you have the dough there is a company that makes one. They cost a little over a thousand. Pick up a Dirt Wheels and search for it. I cant find mine or else I'd give you the specifics.

Thanks for the information. That is considerably more money than I can spend. However, for those of you who are following this string I have come up with a way to make it work, CHEAPLY. In the next few weeks I'll be adding pictures and discriptions of how this is going to work, so stay tuned.

no offense but I hope it doesn't work!

sell it and buy a quad. older ones are worth about the same. I was riding a 185s all over the place when I was 10 and I never even got it up on 2 wheels.
