Default 86 Atc 250R whats it worth?

My cousin recently traded a 88 CR250 for a 86 ATC250R, it has a new .020 wiesco, new rear bearings and seals, and new rear fenders. It still has the stock exhaust on it and is in good shape. It runs fine and is really fast for a stock ATC. Just wondering what is should be worth. He says he will take $1400 for it? I have wanted one of these for a while.
