sence this is the racing forum every one give a little go fast trick you have. I'll start when racing mx I do most of my passing coming into corners, I try not to break if possable, if not I hit my front brakes as late a possable. the reason I hit my fronts is so I don't get rear wheel hop by locking up the rear wheel over the braking bumps, and the front counts for 75% of stopping power.
I know there's times this won't work so please don't turn this in to a fighting match, just give good info and not smart @ss (I'm faster then you remarks)!

Get a steering dampner and fill your handle bars with sillicone.
Physical conditioning is the best advice. The second best advice is to find everything that wares you out while racing and try to correct it.
I found that in the last couple laps it all depended on who had anything left to still perform was almost always the one running up front. No matter what you road.

prolly one of the biggest things most ametuer and some pro rides dont do....and that is breath correctly......when the adrenline kicks in and i dont care who you are....when you are on the gate....your heart rate and adrenline levels go way up.....when i am racing around the track...the one thing that i hear inside my head...is me telling myself to breath and relax.....it prolly is the only thing I really think about, besides looking for fast lines and calculating when to pass............breathing properly will stop the muscle cramps and arm pump, it will also help you run harder and longer.....it' will also help you for the second moto because you will not fatigue as bad.............

Filling the bars helps reduce vibration.
Hey I have a tip:
When your on the track go really fast and if something gets in the way, turn.
LOL, just kidding.
Real tip:
When your at the gate remember to start in the highest gear you can without bogging, and always watch the bar that drops the gate. Don't look at the gate itself, because it takes a moment longer to fall. If you leave when you see that bar drop you can achieve much better holeshots.
