Drill holes on both sides of the cracks, about 1inch apart.(line them up side to side) Then take palstic zip ties in what ever color you want and snug up the plastic until the the two sides meet.

Have it plastic welded.

Easy, inexpensive (usually) and looks ok. You can tell there was a crack there, but at least theres not 2 holes, a zip tie and a crack.

I guess that that would look cool if you are into stitches or something. Make sure that you line up the top of the pieces to look best and then glue the bottom side with your choice plastic weld, superglue fiberglass resin, etc... A trick we used was to take some heavy screen (about 2-3" wider and longer than the crack) and take a heat gun and on the bottom side, we would heat the plastic and screen (be careful) and when it got just hot enough, you could use a roller or a screwdriver handle and push the screen into the bottom of the fender. It was pretty solid and lasted a long time. If you do it right, you won't screw up the top side.
