I try not to eat a lot but if I have to I make sure I get filled up. I like to drink Sunny D (mighty tasty) instead of those sport drinks. Bannas are good to, Orange slices are great energy boosters also. Get plenty of exersize biking, jogging, and most important plenty of riding.
